Shipping Information
Thanks so much for visiting Thirsty Liquor Biren. Here is the information about our shipping within Otahuhu and Mt Wellington, Auckland; please do get in touch with us if you have any questions.
Friendly Reminder: Please be mindful of the shipping address your parcels are sent to and ensure they are sent to an address where it is safe to leave them. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for orders whereby customers instructions are to leave them in an unsecure location or for parcels going missing after they have been scanned as delivered to the correct address. If the tracking information for your order says it has been delivered but you are unable to locate it please contact Courierpost in the first instance.
Shipping: We will be delivering orders 7 days a week. Deliveries will be made between the hours of 11am and 7pm. Your contactless deliveries will be made within 48hrs of ordering. We will leave your order at your front door and text or phone to let you know it has arrived. Please treat our delivery Team with respect and abide by the contactless delivery requirements.
International Shipping
Sorry we are currently unable to ship to countries outside New Zealand at this time.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase, provided the goods are unopened and unused you may return them for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your order. Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item to us. If goods sent to you are faulty or were sent to you in error we will reimburse you for any postage costs you incur returning the item/s back to us. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty.
